1 Esdras

1 Esdras is a book from the Septuagint (LXX) translation of the Old Testament regarded as a deuterocanonical book in Eastern and Oriental Orthodoxy, but rejected as apocryphal by Jews, Catholics, and most Protestants. In large part it parallels the action of Ezra to Nehemiah, and the Books of Chronicles, with some sections being translations of those books.
